Jin Conception Story Guide Part 1 - Released: 11/25/2021
This guide provides some insight into Jin Conception's story. WARNING!!! This guide contains SPOILERS.
One of the main objectives of the game is to get correct vote before a certain point in the game.
The Controls and Help states the objective is to determine everyone's allegiance and the earlier one gets correct vote the greater the reward/prize.
The story is not told in sequential order and the information needed
to get correct vote is scattered in different places in the game. The definition of friend and foe
needs to be defined first.
Max gives Daisy the memory pendant and explains how it works.
Jen at night transforms into Daisy and then meets with Fox at the tavern. Later, Daisy
tells Fox that she needs the Reverse Hat to break the memory pendant spell. This means the memory pendant was activated sometime in the past and
Daisy was affected by it and her memories transferred to Jen. Daisy talking about her memory pendant secret so casually to Fox indicates that Daisy
has vetted Fox and trusts her.
The starlove at Eastern Mansion reveals the raven in the Revelation cutscene is the Unnamed Hero.
In the Revelation cutscene, it is revealed that Yolo impersonated the lawyer. Keith was framed in the trial.
This cutscene reveals Yolo is working for raven and is helping raven grow monster
eggs in Outer Layer. Yolo also mentions that two escorts will be joining Slevi on his mission which occurs at night.
Based on the events discussed between Yolo and raven,
Keith being rescued from Lava Temple Prison had to occur before the Revelation cutscene. Levi and Jen leave Keith at the dojo and its still daytime.
Later on, Levi and Jen sleep in Center Layer while its still daytime and then they both wake up at night.
In the Revelation cutscene it is daytime.
This indicates that the Unnamed Hero cannot be inside of
Levi or Jen because the Unnamed Hero cannot be in two different locations at the same time. Slevi also shares the same body as Levi so this means the Unnamed Hero is not inside Slevi.
Jen sends a memo to Gavin which states she believes the Unnamed Hero is in Trent and that
the Unnamed Hero is growing monster eggs in Outer Layer. Afterwards, Trent accuses Gavin
to be the one growing monster eggs in Outer Layer after Gavin asks Trent what he is planning to do with the monster eggs
in Outer Layer. With all the information so far, the definition of foe can be defined as the one growing monster eggs in Outer Layer
and/or the Unnamed Hero. Jen is claiming that the Unnamed Hero is in Trent. This could be possible if the Unnamed Hero was nearby
Daisy when Daisy activated the memory pendant.
Gavin and Max are both worthy enough to enter the Worthy Duo Room.
Daisy and foxy's relationship in Daisy's past and Yolo's interactions with Max and Daisy
establish a relationship where Daisy, Max and foxy are NOT working for Yolo and the Unnamed Hero before the memory pendant cutscene.
The old man fairy in the picture below says only a true hero can get past me. Later on in the game with foxy as the lead party member,
foxy can slide past the old fairy man which foreshadows Fox as the hero with scissors coming to the rescue during the monster invasion in Fairy Village.
Story Guide Part 2 - Released: 11/10/2024
Besides correct vote, the two most asked questions about the story:
1. Why did Jen push Levi off the cliff?
2. Is Slevi friend, foe or either?
Jen pushing Levi off the cliff is open to interpretation as its not explicitly stated in the story why Jen did so. One interpretation for Jen pushing Levi
off the cliff is that Jen believed Levi/Slevi was foe and she was trying to stop Levi/Slevi. Daisy/Jen saw Slevi with Trent during the skirmish for the Reverse Hat in Fairy Village
at night. It is not stated in the story if Jen knew about the relationship between Slevi and Levi.
It is stated that Levi is awake during the day and Slevi is awake at night. At the end, Levi tells Jen he forgot what happened to his parents after he hit his head
when he was pushed off the cliff.
In the Swap section of the player menu in Continue Game+, Slevi is the only character missing.
The trauma from Levi's past caused Levi to develop a second
personality (Slevi) to cope with the stress. When Levi hits his head and forgets what happened with his parents, Slevi vanishes.
Slevi's relationship with Trent is that Trent is Slevi's employer/boss.
Slevi betrayed Trent by not telling Trent the truth about Gavin's future when looking into the Vision Glass.
Slevi also worked for the Unnamed Hero in the past.
Slevi was acting as a double agent, gaining the trust of both Trent and Unnamed Hero.
Slevi's action of betraying Trent caused Max who was stuck in the Worthy Duo Room to be freed.
